Our Fees

Due Diligence Reports

For each due diligence report, our fee is $250 (inclusive of GST), plus the hourly statutory search fee of $30 plus GST (where the owners corporation is registered for GST). We reserve the right to negotiate an increased fee with you for reports on complex or large schemes because they take much longer to complete.

Strata Reporting Handbook

The annual subscription fee is $165 which will remain at that amount for two years should you choose to renew after one year.  Subscribers will receive regular electronic updates and an expanded commentary on new topics covered in the handbook as it grows (such as the law and practices relating to community and neighbourhood schemes).

To purchase an edition without updates or expanded commentary, the cost is a once off price of $110.

We are not practising lawyers

Some of our employees or contractors may be practising lawyers in businesses not associated with Strata Reporting Services. No employee or contractor involved in the preparation of any due diligence report has done so in their capacity as a practising lawyer.

This means that amongst other things, under the provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2004, we are not permitted to provide legal advice.  Clients requiring legal advice should speak to their lawyers.

Nothing under the Legal Profession Act 2004 prohibits us from writing and publishing the Strata Reporting Handbook.
